Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center- Medical Science Building

Project Description
Improvement of interior shell space of approximately 14,200 SF of an existing 5-story medical sciences building that includes the Woody Hunt Dental School and administration offices. Construction improvements encompassed new offices for Texas Tech University General Counsel. Design for General Counsel consisted of varied-sized private offices, large conference room, breakroom and administration reception area with controlled access to restricted areas. Phase 2 of the project included new construction of medical faculty private offices at the structure’s perimeter area of the 3rd floor South wing. Interior Phase 2 space improvements consisted of various department relocation of administrative staff employees from other leased buildings throughout the City. New improvements also included reception areas, private offi ces, open area collaborative spaces and meeting rooms, modular workstations, conference rooms, breakroom, sitting area and private-use restrooms. Services provided included interior design of finishes and furnishings.

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center - El Paso

Project Description:
Phase III Scope of Work will consist of interior improvements of an existing building structure. Improvements will include the existing center shell space. Interior improvements consist of construction of the center shell area to accommodate multiple offices, open reception area, conference room, break room, circulation, space and gallery area with millwork.

El Paso Community College - Northwest Campus

Project Description
This new construction is an addition to the Northwest Campus that consists of a stand alone concrete tilt – up panel structure that will accommodate multiple classrooms, science labs, computer room, faculty offices, and a large lecture hall with multi – level seating. Site improvements include visitor parking with ADA accessibility, student drop off area, a center pedestrian courtyard and green landscape spaces.

Concept Description
The circular movement of the site is meant to represent the natural flow of water, distinguishing the building as an anchor or guide for students, such as a ship or sail would.

University of Texas at El Paso Physical Science Building

Project Description
The work at the Physical Science Building at the University of Texas at El Paso campus consists of the removal of all single hung windows, window screens, blinds, sill | trim pieces, aluminum storefront, hollow metal doors|window frames, glazing, sealants, portion of acoustical cieling tiles|grid, portion of wall and/or floor finish materials and patch, repair openings. Also to include removal of all access control devices at every entry, security equipment, electrical wiring and exit signage devices as needed which is to be cleaned, stored as it to be reused at same location. Install an aluminum storefront window at every window location with double pane glazing, needed accessories/trim and silicone seal opening. At entry opening a heavy duty aluminum storefront/door is to be installed with double pane glazing, door hardware, reinstall access control/security equipment, exit signage devices and install new portion of acoustical ceiling tiles/grid. All wall and floor finish materials to be coordinated with owner.
