Concept Description
The E-Zone would act as a bridge, a way to cross over to new horizons with the easy access to assistance and access to the building through the crossed passageway splitting the building in half. The split inside the structure also creates a sense of slizing through the Franklin Mountains, through the Horizon and the path to new beginnings.

Project Description
This theoretical Empowerment Zone (or E-Zone) would be located on a block fronted by Stanton, Rio Grande, Kansas and Arizona. The E-zone would help individuals and communities achieve self actualization and citizenship. The floors would consist of retail spaces, rentable trade show spaces, intelligent offices, office space, executive apartments, penthouse condominiums, gathering spaces, and an amphitheater.
