Project Description
This project consists of new construction of a school master plan in two phases. The first
phase encompasses the construction of approximately 118,000 square feet multi-level
educational building and the site consisting of parking with separate bus drop off areas.
Exterior areas include landscaping, a patio/plaza area, and a playground area. The building
will include Administrative Offices, Classrooms, multiple common area Hubs for Interactive
Collaborative spaces, Library, Computer Labs rooms, Cafetoruim and a full service Kitchen
for future sharing with the addition of Phase 2 construction for the new middle school.
